In your opinion, could there be a world with all people with perfect teeth, i.e. no cavities?

No,

There are disease%26#039;s, and genetic mutations and malformations. Someone some where has poor enamel, some one some where doesn%26#039;t preform dental hygiene correctly.

impossible
Reply:Only if you could somehow do something about those poor starving children in Niger and Darfur and other parts of Africa.

Without the proper nutrition, those poor babies wont even live to have a full set of teeth much less a mouth full without cavities. If we can do that, then maybe we%26#039;d have a chance.
Reply:There COULD be, it%26#039;s all about bacteria, afterall. Lab rats with no bacteria never get cavities. They%26#039;ve even drilled into their nerves with sterile equipment (poor rats!!), and the teeth healed (we%26#039;d need a root canal). Current studies are working on vaccines against the bugs that cause decay...Cool!
